"The outside wood needs to be siding. The wood has changed to gray and is known in the neighborhood as "that creepy blue house." Maybe updated windows that help keep out the cold during a New England winter. And the roof is about 25 years old, so time for a new one. The inside floors need to replaced with wood instead of carpeting, because they were warped 20 years ago from water damage from a fire. The basement needs to be redone. It's like a creepy haunted house downstairs and I can't stand to go down to do the laundry because I'm afraid Jason from Friday the 13th is going to jump out at me. Sometimes we get a little water in the basement, not too badly, but it can make it smell musty down there. The garage needs to be torn down, of course the junk in it is probably keeping it up. So, take your pick. Thank you."
